Yes. We continue to bill your insurance for covered medical services, including visits, labs, and imaging when applicable.
The membership applies to non-covered services, allowing for more time, access, and a more personalized care experience.
Our membership model allows us to provide a higher level of care that is not possible in traditional high-volume practices.

This approach is sometimes described as affordable concierge care—designed to make personalized, physician-led care more accessible.
We offer two membership options designed to fit different levels of care:
Essential Care Membership: $35/month or $360/year
Comprehensive Care Membership: $75/month or $800/year
Both options provide enhanced access, longer visits, and a more personalized approach to your care. The Comprehensive tier includes additional benefits such as after-hours access and an advanced preventive care program with specialized testing and individualized risk assessment.
Yes. We welcome patients who dont have insurance or are out of network and offer transparent self-pay pricing:
New patient visit: $250 with membership
Follow-up visit: $150 with membership
In many cases, yes. CKD can often be effectively monitored and managed through telemedicine with careful review of labs, medications, and a personalized follow-up plan.
